We provide several color and finish options to match your specific needs. All of our faceplates are scratch-resistant, fade-resistant, and water-resistant. Here is the range of available finish options for your next project:

  • Metallic. A high-end look that is achieved by applying an anodized or metallic powder coat.

  • Full-color UV printing for custom designs. Great for branding or labeling. Make sure that your design is fully vectorized and set up in CYMK mode. We recommend using Adobe Illustrator for the best match.

How do I order a custom faceplate?

Make sure that you have all of the necessary specifications so that we can make sure your order is manufactured precisely:

  1. Detailed dimensions. The DXF file is required for accurate cutting and fitting. Include your desired length, width, and thickness.
  2. Material specifications. Specify whether you wish to use aluminum or steel.
  3. Cutting templates or CAD files. DXF file required for precise machine cutting.
  4. Design files for printing. Your desired logos or graphics should be in AI format for UV printing. Make sure that everything in your artwork is vectorized.
  5. Color and finish preferences. Choose from available colors and finishes.
  6. Hole placements and specifications. DXF file required to ensure correct alignment.

Unfortunately, we do not offer full custom color matching. However, you can choose from the available colors listed in our enclosures.

Do you provide assembly services for faceplates?

No, we do not provide assembly services for wiring or components. However, we offer cutting, engraving, and printing to fully customize your faceplate.

What is the minimum order quantity for bulk discounts?

Our minimum order for discounts is 10 panels. Larger orders receive better pricing.

How do I make sure my design is suitable for UV printing?

Use vector artwork (not just an image saved as a PDF), convert all fonts to outlines, and set colors to CMYK mode for accurate printing. Double-check your file dimensions, alignment, and details before submitting, and keep an eye on your Tayda Box Tool dashboard for any updates or issues.
